Rural-urban flows, according to Douglas theory, include flows of people, capital, goods, information, and technology. These currents over time are considered as the fundamental factors of economic transformation and transformation of rural settlements. Therefore, spatial flows are a capacity that causes a consistent transformation in the economic dimension of rural settlements on both sides of this flow. However, if these plans are ignored and neglected in planning; Incompatibility changes will be formed in the economic dimension of rural settlements and duplication will be done in the urban and rural planning system. Create the study area. Based on this, the present study was conducted with the aim of analysis and study of this research topic in a quantitative manner and using descriptive-analytical method in 370 random sample households and in 29 sample villages out of 83 villages of Damavand city. The findings of the study reveal that there is a significant relationship between spatial flows and the economic dimension in the studied villages.
